finally...

it's Friday night! I feel like I can breath again!
What a terrible week. Nothing even happened, but after going back to work after having two weeks off, I realized just how much I'm ready for a change. I'm so happy to (hopefully) be going back to school soon and starting a new adventure

spring is sweet

spring is cute

it kinda makes me want to puke

I did make cupcakes today though

and I made dal too

(curried lentils)
~Ghetto Fabulous Dal~
(dried ingredients, on hand stuff, and no measurements)

• soaked and washed lentils
• water
  
• 2 dashes dried onion
• a few good dashes of curry powder
  
• 1 cube vegan bullion
• olive oil (2tbs?)
  
• last few spoon fulls of roasted tomato salsa
• two hand fulls of washed and torn baby spinach

Bring lentils and water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. Add other ingredients except spinach and simmer for another 10 add more water if needed. Add spinach, stir, remove form heat, serve!
